Terms & Conditions of Sales

Booking and stay:

The customer selects their dates of stay and the type of room desired via our booking form.

After receiving the request, Copacabaña Lodge will send a confirmation of availability along with payment terms and cancellation conditions.

Payments can be made by:

  • Yape
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay.

Cancellation and modification conditions:

  • Up to 15 days before arrival :
    Free cancellation with refund of deposit.
  • From 14 to 4 days before arrival :The reservation becomes non-refundable. However, a date change is permitted with a penalty of 20% of the reservation amount.

    The stay can be postponed within 12 months, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.

  • From 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show :
    No refund or date change will be granted.

Internal regulations:

In order to preserve the peace, comfort and experience of all our visitors:

  • Check-in : from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM (out of respect for the rest of other travelers)
  • Check-out : until 11:00 AM
  • One child under 4 years old is accommodated free of charge when sharing a bed with parents.
  • Bringing in outside food or drinks is not permitted.
  • Copacabaña Lodge is a space for relaxation and tranquility: we thank our visitors for respecting the peace and quiet of the place, particularly in the evening.
