✅ CONDITIONS OF SALE – COPACABAÑA LODGE

📝 Booking procedure

The customer selects their dates, room type and desired rate ( Flexible or Non-Refundable ) via the website's booking form.

After receiving the request, Copacabaña Lodge will send an email confirming availability with the corresponding payment terms:

  • Flexible Rate: 50% deposit
  • Non-refundable rate: 100% payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card .

👉 The reservation is considered confirmed only after receipt of proof of payment .


🔄 Cancellation and modification conditions

🔹 Flexible Pricing

  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival .
  • From 14 to 4 days before arrival:
    The reservation becomes non-refundable , but one date change is permitted with a 20% penalty.
    valid for the following 12 months and excluding public holidays .
  • From 72 hours before arrival or in case of no-show:
    No refunds or date changes are permitted.

🔒 Non-Refundable Price

  • No refund in case of cancellation.
  • One change of date is permitted up to 15 days before arrival , with a penalty of 25% , valid within the following 6 months and excluding public holidays .

⚠️ Important

  • No cancellations, refunds or modifications will be accepted after check-in .

🚧 Force majeure

In the event of road blockages between the client's departure point and Copacabaña Lodge due to strikes or natural disasters (huaycos) , rescheduling will be provided without penalty. will be authorized, valid for the following 12 months and excluding public holidays .


📌 Internal regulations of Copacabaña Lodge

  • The establishment reserves the right of admission.
  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM (out of respect for the rest of other customers).
  • Check-out: until 11:00 am.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is possible, depending on availability.
  • 1 child under 4 years old stays free , sharing the parents' bed.
  • Bringing in outside food or drinks is not permitted.
