At Copacabaña Lodge , gastronomy is an integral part of the experience.
Here, every meal is conceived as a moment of pleasure, sharing and connection with Andean nature.

Taking the time to eat becomes a true ritual:
the smell of freshly baked bread, the crackling of the fire, the colours of freshly harvested vegetables, the sweetness of a homemade dessert with a view of the mountains…

Our cuisine celebrates honest, responsible and deeply vibrant food.
The Chef prepares each dish fresh to order using organic produce from our vegetable garden, eggs from our hens, and carefully selected ingredients from neighboring communities.

Inspired by a delicate Franco-Peruvian fusion, our cuisine combines generosity, finesse and authenticity to offer a gourmet experience that is as comforting as it is elegant.
